Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of southpointe.tech. They do not govern work South Pointe Technologies, LLC performs for a client — that is covered by a separate signed agreement, which takes precedence over anything here.

What this site is
This is a marketing site. It describes services we offer and work we have done. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, or a commitment to perform work, and nothing on it forms a contract until both sides sign one.
Use of the site
You may read the site, submit an inquiry, and leave a review. You may not use the forms to send unsolicited mail, attempt to reach our systems in ways the site does not offer, or submit content you do not have the right to submit.
We rate-limit verification requests and may block traffic that abuses them.
Reviews you submit
You keep ownership of what you write. By submitting a review you give us permission to publish it on this site, along with your name and company, and to stop publishing it at any time.
We publish reviews only after a person reads them. We may decline to publish one, and we may remove one later, without giving a reason. We do not edit the substance of a review; if it needs a change, we ask you.
Do not submit a review that is not your own honest experience, that names a third party without their agreement, or that discloses anything covered by a confidentiality obligation.
Our content
The text, design, code, and images on this site belong to South Pointe Technologies, LLC unless credited otherwise. Case studies describe real engagements and are published with the client's agreement. You may quote and link to this site with attribution; you may not republish it wholesale or present it as your own.
Accuracy
We keep the site accurate and correct errors when we find them, but we do not warrant that everything on it is current. Statements about past results describe those engagements and are not a prediction about yours.
Third-party links
The site links to other places, including our Google Business Profile. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they contain.
Availability
The site is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will be reachable without interruption, and we may change or remove parts of it without notice.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, South Pointe Technologies, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and disputes about them belong to the courts of Miami-Dade County.
