Privacy Policy
This policy describes what South Pointe Technologies, LLC collects when you use southpointe.tech, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website only. Work we do under a signed agreement is governed by that agreement.

What we collect
We collect only what you type into a form. There is no account to create and no profile built in the background.
Contact form — your email address, and whichever of name, company, phone, project type, budget, timeline, and message you choose to fill in. Only the email address is required.
Review form — your rating and review text, your name, your email address, and optionally your company.
Verification — a six-digit code tied to the email address you entered, so we can confirm the address belongs to you.
Server logs — your IP address is used to rate-limit verification requests. It is not stored alongside your message.
Why we collect it
The contact form exists so we can answer you, so the email address is what makes a reply possible. The rest of the fields help us come to that first conversation already knowing something about your problem.
Email verification exists to keep the form from being used to send mail to people who did not ask for it. It protects strangers more than it protects us.
We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to build an advertising profile.
Where it goes
Submissions are stored on infrastructure we control and are emailed to us through Amazon Simple Email Service, which processes the message in order to deliver it. Amazon acts as our processor and does not use the contents for its own purposes.
Reviews are held unpublished until a person at South Pointe reads and approves them. If a review is published, your name, your company, your rating, and your review text appear on the site. Your email address never does.
How long we keep it
Verification codes expire ten minutes after they are issued and are deleted once used or expired. Rate-limiting records are discarded within an hour.
Inquiries and reviews are kept for as long as the business relationship they concern is live, and are deleted on request.
Cookies and local storage
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser stores one value locally to remember that you dismissed the cookie notice, so it does not reappear on every page. That value never leaves your device and is not sent to us.
If we add analytics later, this section changes before the analytics do, and the notice reappears.
Your choices
Write to [email protected] and ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do it. Ask us to unpublish a review you left and we will unpublish it — you do not have to explain why.
Depending on where you live you may have these rights by law rather than by our policy. We do not treat that as a distinction worth making.
Children
This site is for business inquiries and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
When this policy changes we update the date at the top. Changes that affect what we collect or who receives it are announced on the site rather than made quietly.
